We currently have two newly refurbished cottages that are available.
We have two vacant homes on our site, which consists of 24 semi-detached single storey cottages located around a large-grassed area, these provide independent living in an ecumenical Christian community for those of retirement age.
These two cottages have just been refurbished and are double glazed with full gas central heating. Each comprise of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and wetroom with shower – the cottages are suitable for those with limited mobility.
The cottages each have a small garden which is the resident’s responsibility.
All our cottages are on an emergency alarm system (including heat, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms) linked to a 24×7 Call Centre.
We regret that we do not allow pets.
Limited on-site car parking is available for Residents.
Enquiries would be welcomed from anyone, from all Christian denominations and over retirement age, seeking independent living sheltered accommodation.
We do ask our residents to provide the contact details of a family member or friend who lives nearby who can be kept informed in the event of the resident becoming unwell or in an emergency, and who can provide or arrange support or domestic care if the need arises.
